How do you manage quality control?
We have over 10 years of experience. For each process, department managers mark flaws and send items back if necessary. We have 4 QC staff members conducting final examinations after packing, and all production processes are recorded.
Can you maximize container space given high freight costs?
Yes, we can send spare products right after order confirmation to ensure we load the container fully if there is remaining space.
How do you handle faulty products?
Our products are made under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we send free replacement parts with new orders. Urgent parts are sent via express at our cost.
