What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces per color. However, we welcome sample orders of 100 pieces to help you start your business.
Can I get samples?
Yes, we usually provide stock samples for free. Custom designs require a sample fee, which is refundable once the order reaches a certain quantity. Shipping via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. For custom designs, it typically takes 4-10 days depending on the complexity.
How long is the production lead time?
Quantities within 100Kpcs take 30-35 days. For low MOQ orders of 500 pieces, we can provide them within 15 days.
How many colors are available?
We use Pantone color codes to match your requirements. You can provide a specific code, or we can recommend popular colors to you.
What is your payment term?
Our normal terms are TT (30% deposit and 70% against copy of BL). We also accept L/C at sight.
